For this project we are looking for experienced Associate Account Manager, who will be a great addition to our team!
Associate Account Manager is responsible as the main phone and email point-of-contact on inbound customer requests and onboarding of new projects. The AAM also ensures customer satisfaction by processing requests for information, responding to inquiries, and taking appropriate action to resolve concerns. The AAM maintains a strong focus on client success and happiness as well as meeting sales goals and timing milestones through tasks completion.
The AAM will be working hand in hand with Busines Development Manager at ongoing tasks and goals in order to grow our business through both B2C and B2B sales.
- Demonstrate knowledge of product and services to customers.
- Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Actively pursue and promote new or existing opportunities for sales.
- Achieve established goals.
- Generating leads.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Work in-sync with Busines Development Manager to implement growth strategies and business introductions.
Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
- Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Outlook, MS Excel, JIRA, etc.
