Business Development Associate for HR agency

(Lead Generation Specialist, Researcher)

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL MARKETING/OUTBOUND SALES JOB IN AN HR/RECRUITMENT AGENCY.

NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED.

The Business Development Associate will be assisting our company in generating new business.

This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for Talentuch clients including prospecting, database preparation, and some proposal writing.

Responsibilities

  • Research of companies and decision-makers all over the globe.
  • Preparing a clean and detailed database for mail outreach to decision-makers.
  • Email marketing to generate new business for Talentuch.
  • Responding to incoming inquiries and scheduling discovery calls with supervisors who will be «closing» the deal.
  • Preparing agreements for potential clients.
  • Publishing jobs on Talentuch website, on Linkedin, and other social media.
  • Other minor duties related to business development or marketing will appear as well.

Job details

  • This job has monthly KPIs on how many successful connections you made with decision-makers and how many meetings have been arranged.
  • You will have daily calls with your supervisors. From this role, you may grow to Business Development Manager or transfer to Recruiting, Sales, or HR.
  • We can offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Compensation

  • Base pay is 8,000 — 10,000 UAH per month based on interview results
  • Bonus pay is starting from 4,000 UAH per month if you meet monthly performance targets (KPI)
  • Compensation increases after 6 months of cooperation.

  • A perfect job for an introverted personality! This job has limited interaction with clients. Your main duties will be researching and gathering data. Talking to clients and selling is done by other people. :)
  • English is a must. You have to write/read English resources without any support or vocabulary. Your spoken English can be less advanced. We also communicate with each other in English in messengers and emails.
  • Technology geek. You should love technology and discovering new tools. We are very digital. If you are scared of software, apps and messengers — this job will not make you happy.
  • Ambitions to make more money. You will have performance targets to reach on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. You will be able to earn bonuses when you meet your numbers. If you are not lazy, you will earn well.
