Assistant of Plant Managers

In this position, the responsibilities consist of two parts:

Personal Assistant:

  • Providing day-to-day support to Technical and commercial plant manager (important tasks and deadlines);
  • Managing of correspondence and phone calls;
  • Managing diaries and organization of meetings and appointments
  • Organizing of events/conferences/visits;
  • Preparation of executive presentations and correspondence;
  • Corporate governance reporting;
  • Running own projects.

Office Assistant:

  • Control of document flow towards TPM/CPM (completeness, correctness);
  • Preparation of travel arrangement and support for other departments;
  • Communication with HQ in Germany or other Kroschu organizations;
  • Cost controlling of TPM/CPM office;
  • Validation of all action with Kroschu Internal Regulations.

  • Very good organization and communication skills;
  • Pro-active and solution oriented;
  • Accurate and trustful;
  • Fluent English is must;
  • Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and PowerPoint).
